- Photo ID
- Cash
- Registration confirmation
- USAT Membership card (if applicable)
- Race Uniform (Tri Top/Bottom)
- Timing Chip (if provided)
- Nutrition
- Hydration/Powders
- Gels/Bars/Pills/Solids
- Sunscreen (Bike/Run)
- Water Bottle (s) Pre-filled
- Change of clothes
- Warm-up (pre race)
- Post race
- Directions to Race/ Course Map
- Advil/Tylenol
- Electrical Tape
Swim
- Wetsuit (if necessary)
- Anti-Chafing Product (apply before swim)
- Swim Cap (usually provided)
- Goggles
- Anti-Fog Solution
Bike
- Bike
- Helmet
- Bike Shoes
- GPS/Bike Computer
- Sunglasses
- Socks (or Blister Powder in Shoes)
- Bike Gloves (if needed)
- Arm/Leg Warmers (if needed)
- Bike Pump (for pre-race pump up)
- CO2 Cartridges or Pump
- Spare Tubes
- Tools/Tire Levers
- Saddle Bag
Run
- Running Shoes w/Speed Laces
- Socks (or Blister Powder)
- Hat or Visor
- Watch/GPS/Heart rate
