Avila Dolphins Open Water Swim
If you want to go out and swim with other ocean swimming enthusiasts, drop by Avila Beach on any Sunday. The Avila Dolphins Open Water Swim is held every Sunday year round. We meet on the beach between 10:30 and 10:45, discuss the days conditions, agree on a route(s), suit up (if so inclined) and get in the water at 11:00. When the days are longer we also venture out on Wednesday evenings. We meet up around 5:15 and get in by about 5:30. Find out more.

The mission of the Central Coast Concerned Mountain Bikers (CCCMB) is to expand the network of sustainable trails in SLO County and to maintain the trails currently in use. Help us keep the trails of SLO County open and fun to ride by joining us for trail work. Morro Bay Junior Guards
Junior Lifeguards is a physical program. Participants are expected to participate in all aspects of the program, to the best of their ability, including but not limited to, physical training, swimming, and other activities as directed by Instructors. Your child’s safety is of the utmost concern, therefore your child will not be asked to perform activities that he/she is not physically ready to perform. San Luis Distance Club
The San Luis Distance Club was formed in 1974 by a group of local residents to promote distance running in San Luis Obispo County. The activities of the club include the sponsorship of races within the county, fielding teams at various levels of competition, and conducting youth and open track and distance workouts. Membership is open to all ages and ability levels and the club is affiliated with the national Road Runners Club of America and the Pacific Association of USA Track & Field. Find out more.

Templeton Run Club
Templeton Run Club is a running group that meets three times a week for runs in the Paso Robles, Templeton and Atascadero areas. Started by a group of local runners and a member of the Road Runners Club of America, this family friendly club encourages runners (and walkers) to share in the enjoyment of running and hold each other accountable when it’s challenging to stay active. Runs typically start and finish at Templeton Park, but will also meet occasionally at other North County locations for track workouts, trail runs and special events.
