TRAINING
Doors open at 9am so come early. Walks/runs will begin at 9am! GH Staff will lead the walks/runs through mapped courses and stop at an aid station. Athlon Fitness & Performance will lead cool downs and stretching. Families and strollers welcome. Who is invited?

Who will lead the walking/running groups?
Following the event’s Training Guides provided here (http://miraclemilesforkids.com/training-guide), track coaches and Cal Poly athletes will lead walkers and runners (strollers welcome!) on a walk or run starting and ending at GH Sports.
When does the walk/run begin?
Walks/runs (grouped by time) will begin at 9am. It will be casual and fun.
What else will be happening?
GH Sports will be open on Sunday, March 20 from 8am – 12pm for this exclusive event. Our staff will be offering free gait analyses for shoe fittings, be available to provide guidance on training schedules, offer suggestions on injury prevention, and be available to help in any other way possible.
