Description
Some runners experience overpronation when they run, meaning they land on the outside of their heel and roll inward with each step. If you overpronate, stability shoes help guide your stride forward and resist movements that could cause injury. The new GT-2000™ 14 shoe features Asics’ 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™, designed to provide on-demand stability when you need it most. This means that even if you overpronate, you can lace up and hit the ground running with confidence.
What’s New:
- FF BLAST™ PLUS midsole foam has been upgraded to full-length FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning for a more energized ride.
- A bouncy, trampoline-inspired forefoot pod is strategically placed in the outsole, delivering an amplified toe-off with added stability.
- A new engineered woven upper offers an improved fit with added stretch, ventilation, and durability.
- A new asymmetrical tongue delivers improved midfoot comfort.
The GT-2000™ 14 shoe joins Asics’ collection of running shoes with the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Seal of Acceptance. This means it was carefully evaluated by a committee of podiatrists — doctors who specialize in treating the foot, ankle, and structures of the leg — to ensure that it promotes good foot health.
